  • The guestrooms are gathered around a large central courtyard and have been renovated beautifully, boasting gorgeous country views from the rear windows. 

  • The rooms are all en-suite, one wheelchair friendly, and they share a communal kitchen and sitting area

  • Decorated in cool neutral tones throughout and supplied with luxurious Scottish, hand filled duvets, this is a truly relaxing place to stay

  • All rooms have a contemporary en-suite shower room

  • Each bedroom can be configured as a twin room with two single beds, or as a double room with a Super-King Bed.

  • Guests have the use of a fully equipped shared kitchen, should you wish to prepare your own food and picnics. There is also the option of purchasing a breakfast box which will be delivered to your room

  • Bellingham is just 10 minute walk from the site, the gateway village to Kielder Water and Forest Park.  The village has many traditional inns and pubs with a homely atmosphere, and boasts a thriving community. The pubs are situated around Manchester Square and offer a range of ales and food

  • Bellingham's Heritage Centre celebrates the village's rich industrial and cultural past. There are sections on the Border Counties Railway, which ran through the area en route to Scotland until 1958, and a display on the Border Reivers that provides a fascinating insight into the robbery and violence that was rife in 16th century border life

  • The North Tyne River is just a short walk away (10 minutes) from our cabins and is a great spot for salmon fishing. Fishing permits can be bought in Bellingham

  • There is also an excellent 18-hole golf course and a fitness centre

  • Hareshaw Linn Walk is a stunning 2.5 mile walk starting from Bellingham, going through countryside, passing the remains of an old ironworks, (the area was once home to a number of iron and coal mines), and ending at a magnificent 30 feet waterfall
